Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of sophisticated electrical engineering solutions across health, defence, transport, data centres, sports facilities, and other complex building projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Act as the senior technical authority on major projects, providing expert review, guidance, and oversight of electrical design, installation strategies, and system integration.
- Oversee multiple electrical projects concurrently, balancing technical rigor, program delivery, and client expectations to achieve successful outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into broader building services, offering technical insight on lighting, power distribution, fire and life safety, and low-voltage systems.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical excellence, innovative thinking, and professional development across the team.

- Whilst our preference is for these roles to be based in Adelaide, the roles can also be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
