What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end development of advanced analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits across multiple international sites. Guide projects from initial concept through to volume production, maintaining alignment with engineering timelines, business objectives, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across design, testing, validation, quality assurance, and manufacturing operations.
Establish clear project roadmaps by translating product strategies into actionable plans. Own the full project lifecycle, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, cost control, and risk management. Drive accountability by ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and progress is consistently measured. Prevent scope drift by enforcing disciplined change control processes and evaluating the impact of adjustments on timeline, budget, and deliverables.
Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders across the organization. Promote transparent communication to keep all parties informed of project status, risks, decisions, and milestones. Use engineering data and performance metrics to guide discussions, resolve conflicts, and support leadership decision-making. Escalate critical issues with well-defined problem statements and actionable recommendations.
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project resilience. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by refining project management practices and mentoring team members to strengthen organizational capabilities.
