Zscaler is hiring a Principal Product Specialist - Cloud focused on the SLED and Healthcare sectors. In this role, you will be the technical expert for Zero Trust Networking in cloud environments, directly influencing sales outcomes and the product roadmap for our Zero Trust Networking portfolio. Reporting to the Sr Director, Field Specialists – Cloud, your work will have a significant impact on how customers adopt and deploy secure cloud solutions.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the technical expert for Zero Trust Networking in Cloud environments, with a focus on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to provide technical insights that influence the product roadmap.
- Lead conversations about Zero Trust Networking trends, strategies, and deployment with customers at all organizational levels.
- Support customer Proof-of-Value engagements, in collaboration with Solution Engineers, demonstrating Zscaler’s unique value proposition.
- Provide competitive insights and position Zscaler solutions as the best alternative.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent certifications and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Business Development, or Technical Sales.
- Hands-on expertise in security, networking, and applications, with practical experience on at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to engage with diverse audiences, from practitioners to executives.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
- Experience delivering cloud-based solutions or working within Zero Trust frameworks.
- Previous engagement in influencing product strategy or providing directional inputs for product roadmaps.
