Responsibilities
- Define long-term product strategy for hardware-integrated systems
- Collaborate with engineering leads to prioritize development efforts
- Translate technical capabilities into customer-facing features
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning firmware, hardware, and cloud services
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research and data
- Develop product requirements with attention to scalability and security
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Work with QA and reliability teams to ensure device performance standards
- Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing partners
- Align roadmap with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Communicate progress and risks to senior leadership
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team best practices
- Evaluate emerging technologies for integration potential
- Ensure consistent user experience across physical and digital interfaces
- Drive post-launch monitoring and iteration based on usage data
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in engineering or business
- Experience in security-focused hardware products
- Background in DevOps or CI/CD for firmware deployment
- Familiarity with embedded Linux or real-time operating systems
- Product launches in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance
