Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team of engineers and designers, aligning stakeholders around high-impact initiatives and guiding decisions through complex trade-offs.
- Define and refine product features that directly improve outcomes for users, ensuring solutions are user-centered and valuable.
- Develop and maintain a realistic product roadmap that aligns innovation with development capacity and business goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape company direction, advocating for product strategies with evidence-based reasoning.
- Implement experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing to validate concepts and iteratively enhance product performance.
- Coordinate across disciplines including design, engineering, and data science to bring ideas from concept to launch.
- Integrate generative AI technologies like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT to boost productivity and achieve greater impact with limited resources
