Responsibilities
- Establish and advance the long-term direction for an agentic AI platform.
- Develop a multi-year strategic roadmap spanning product lines, balancing innovation with practical execution.
- Convert strategic vision into actionable portfolios, roadmaps, and investment models for AI-driven automation and copilots in GRC processes.
- Monitor advancements in AI models, tools, orchestrators, and safety practices, integrating durable and compliant innovations.
- Define and execute a platform strategy enabling teams to build AI-powered features efficiently.
- Own performance and outcomes of AI agents in live environments.
- Lead full-cycle product development for AI agents, from problem definition to deployment and optimization.
- Define measurable success criteria and testing frameworks for agent performance and drive iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering and AI/ML leaders on system architecture, model choices, and safety controls for production-ready agents.
- Leverage Model Context Protocol (MCP) and related ecosystems to expand agent capabilities.
- Design and maintain ecosystems of tools, actions, and data connectors that empower agents to act securely on behalf of users.
- Define and standardize patterns for orchestrating single and multi-agent systems, including human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Ensure agents function reliably in enterprise settings, accounting for identity, permissions, data residency, and auditability.
- Foster collaboration across product domains.
- Work with product teams across platform, GRC, third-party risk, reporting, and integrations to embed AI into unified workflows.
- Establish cross-functional processes to align AI initiatives with business objectives and customer value.
- Engage with domain experts, sales, customer success, and solutions teams to validate use cases and ensure alignment with compliance needs.
- Promote a customer-centric, data-driven approach to AI product development.
- Spend time with customers, prospects, and auditors to understand core workflows, constraints, and trust requirements.
- Use qualitative and quantitative research to prioritize high-impact AI use cases over novelty.
- Elevate standards for AI product quality, user experience, transparency, and control.
- Lead at a senior level by shaping organizational practices.
- Develop frameworks and standards for building, evaluating, and launching AI products across the company.
- Mentor senior product managers in AI domains, strengthening their strategic and execution capabilities.
- Represent the company's AI vision to external stakeholders and influence market perception in the GRC space.
