Prematch is looking for a Principal Product Engineer to join our team building software for Talent Acquisition teams. You will take ownership of large portions of our products end-to-end, taking on responsibilities traditionally held by product managers and designers.

What You'll Do

Own a large portion of one of our products and manage projects from start to finish.
Research competitors, write product specifications, and create wireframes.
Ship features end-to-end at a high pace.
Establish reusable building blocks across our technology stack.
Advocate for the time and space to build abstractions and tools.
Vet decisions with stakeholders and collaborate with other engineers to complete projects.
Take on customer issues and investigations distributed across the team.

Team & Environment

The engineering team is on track to double this year, with more than 90% of the team considered Senior or above. Engineers run their own projects with minimal process, with Product Managers and Designers handing off problem briefs.
