Prematch is looking for a Principal Product Engineer to join our team building software for Talent Acquisition teams. You will take ownership of large portions of our products end-to-end, taking on responsibilities traditionally held by product managers and designers.
What You'll Do
- Own a large portion of one of our products and manage projects from start to finish.
- Research competitors, write product specifications, and create wireframes.
- Ship features end-to-end at a high pace.
- Establish reusable building blocks across our technology stack.
- Advocate for the time and space to build abstractions and tools.
- Vet decisions with stakeholders and collaborate with other engineers to complete projects.
- Take on customer issues and investigations distributed across the team.

Team & Environment
The engineering team is on track to double this year, with more than 90% of the team considered Senior or above. Engineers run their own projects with minimal process, with Product Managers and Designers handing off problem briefs.
