Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and continuous improvement of SAP Master Data Governance environments
- Advise stakeholders on data consolidation, governance frameworks, mass data handling, and quality assurance
- Oversee solution build, testing, and deployment across the project lifecycle
- Ensure robust integration between SAP MDG and existing enterprise systems
- Support delivery teams in meeting project milestones and technical requirements
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for value creation through data governance
- Deliver training, ongoing support, and system enhancements to meet changing business needs
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with over a decade of experience in IT architecture and systems design. Essential qualifications include:
- Minimum of 7 years focused on SAP Master Data and the SAP MDG module, with hands-on design and configuration
- Proven track record in at least three full-cycle SAP MDG implementations
- Deep knowledge of data modeling, process workflows, and cross-module integration within SAP
- Proficiency with ERP platforms, financial systems, and data analytics tools
- Strong analytical abilities and sound decision-making in complex technical environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams and engage stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Background
- Prior advisory or consulting experience, particularly in data governance transformation
- Ability to guide business units through technical challenges and strategic data initiatives
