Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, is seeking a Principal IT Solutions Architect - MDG. In this senior role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing end-to-end SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) processes. You will be instrumental in enabling stakeholders, leading configuration and implementation, managing projects, and providing continuous improvement and support to meet evolving business needs.
What You'll Do
- Design and optimize end-to-end SAP Master Data Governance in-system designs.
- Educate key stakeholders on data consolidation, central data governance, mass processing, data quality management, and process analytics.
- Govern and guide configuration, design, build, test, and deployment of the core SAP MDG solution.
- Assist project teams to manage project delivery and collaborate with business product owners to create value through SAP MDG deployment.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and enhancements to ensure the SAP MDG solution meets evolving business needs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, consumer and commercial systems design, and implementation.
- At least 7 years of experience with SAP Master Data and the SAP MDG module, including hands-on design and configuration.
- Experience in at least three full lifecycle SAP MDG implementations.
- Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of SAP MDG, including data modeling, process design, and integration.
- Prior experience in a consulting or advisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Superb communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration and partner management.
