The Democratic Party is looking for a Principal HR Business Partner, Engineering & Product to act as a strategic advisor to our technical leadership teams. In this remote role, you will shape people strategies that drive growth, innovation, and the development of our technical talent.

What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role supporting engineering and product organizations.
- Proven ability to advise senior leadership, shape people strategy, and influence outcomes.
- Deep expertise in performance management, talent acquisition, and career development frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data-driven insights to guide decisions.
- Excellent coaching skills and experience building trusted partnerships with executives.
- The ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics with both strategic insight and hands-on execution.
