Lead the strategic evolution of Falcon Flex deal execution by serving as the primary advisor on deal structure, policy, and commercial economics for new and existing enterprise customers. This role is central to maintaining disciplined, scalable, and compliant transaction processes that support long-term ARR growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on Falcon Flex program mechanics, including pricing models, contract terms, and governance frameworks
- Manage the full lifecycle of complex deals—from initial structuring through renewal—ensuring alignment with financial and operational standards
- Oversee approval workflows and conduct in-depth reviews to validate compliance and optimize deal outcomes
- Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and alliance partners to align on deal strategy and resolve non-standard scenarios
- Develop financial models to evaluate commercial proposals, assess risk exposure, and inform leadership decisions
- Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders across multiple functions
- Shape pricing approaches for current and emerging market offerings in coordination with go-to-market teams
- Drive improvements in systems and processes to increase efficiency and scalability of deal operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in SaaS-focused roles related to sales operations, deal desk, or financial analysis
- Deep familiarity with subscription-based revenue models and ARR dynamics
- Proven track record in financial modeling, data analysis, and complex deal evaluation
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT
- Strategic thinker with strong judgment, problem-solving aptitude, and communication skills
