CrowdStrike is hiring a Principal Global Deal Review Consultant to serve as a senior strategic partner within our Sales Strategy and Operations team. In this role, you will support Sales, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional stakeholders by optimizing Falcon Flex deal structures, ensuring revenue and policy compliance, and enabling scalable, disciplined deal execution to drive company ARR growth.
What You'll Do
- Act as the subject matter expert for Falcon Flex, advising on deal structure, policy, economics, and governance.
- Lead Falcon Flex deal lifecycle design and execution, including new acquisitions, activations, expansions, and renewals.
- Own end-to-end Falcon Flex deal reviews and manage approval workflows to ensure compliant and optimized transactions.
- Coordinate deal strategy and execution across Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Alliance partners, and customers.
- Support non-standard transactions through cross-functional review and approval processes.
- Perform financial modeling and analysis to assess commercial terms, risk, and operational impact.
- Communicate deal recommendations, risks, and status to senior cross-functional leadership.
- Advise on pricing strategy and structuring for current and emerging go-to-market offerings.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, IT, Marketing, and Alliance teams to drive policy alignment, operational efficiency, and automation.
- Identify and lead process and system improvements related to Falcon Flex deal execution.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales operations, finance, deal desk, or related roles within a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of subscription and ARR business models.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, BI/data analysis, and deal evaluation.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM/CPQ and complex sales infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and IT.
- Strategic, consultative mindset with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
