Responsibilities
- Design and develop software, collaborating with team members to achieve desired outcomes.
- Enhance the operational quality of features built by the enterprise agility team, focusing on security, reliability, and performance.
- Evaluate customer and business impacts of decisions and make appropriate trade-offs.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere where team members feel comfortable asking questions, seeking help, and sharing perspectives.
- Manage the daily operations of the systems you build.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience building large-scale frontend applications with React.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade software.
- Knowledge of the modern frontend ecosystem, including bundling, linting, testing, and releasing.
- Proven success mentoring junior engineers.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience with micro-service architectures and familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience using Amazon Web Services (EC2, SQS, S3).
- Experience building integrations and data synchronizations using event publish/subscribe models.
