AECOM is hiring a Principal EIA Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage environmental impact assessment (EIA) projects.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Develop and implement EIA methodologies and strategies.
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments and prepare reports.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations.
  • Conduct environmental audits and site inspections.
  • Identify and mitigate environmental risks and impacts.
  • Develop and implement environmental management plans.
  • Provide expert advice on sustainability and environmental best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Contribute to business development and proposal writing.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of environmental services.
  • Support the development of environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct environmental training and capacity-building activities.
  • Provide technical support to other project teams.
  • Review and approve environmental documentation.
  • Engage with local communities and stakeholders on environmental issues.
