Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex, ambiguous banking initiatives from early exploration through product launch.
- Drive zero-to-one product experiences that are strategically sharp and visually distinctive.
- Set and uphold the quality bar for banking design, defining excellence and demonstrating it in your work.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Research as a trusted partner, translating complex financial and regulatory logic into intuitive experiences.
- Prototype early and often, using AI and emerging tools to shorten the gap between an idea and a usable product.
- Shape long-term product vision and design strategy across banking surfaces, influencing roadmap priorities.
- Contribute to and extend the systems and patterns the platform is built on, strengthening cohesion across products.
- Elevate fellow designers through critique, feedback, and modeling high craft.
