The Principal, Customer Success is a senior-level position at Jupiter Intelligence, Inc. responsible for driving long-term customer value, increasing solution adoption, and expanding strategic relationships across Jupiter’s customer base. This role blends commercial ownership, customer advocacy, and deep expertise in climate risk solutions to support both customer success and business growth.
What You'll Do
- Drive renewal business and development of accounts
- Develop a thorough understanding of client objectives and success metrics to drive tailored solutions that will ultimately increase adoption and retention
- Deliver solutions that meet climate risk business needs
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Act as a subject matter expert across all of Jupiter’s domains
- Communicate with customers at any level/seniority
- Own renewal business in partnership with the Solutions team
- Engage with cross-functional teams across sales, science, marketing, and engineering
What We're Looking For

- Ability to deliver solutions that meet climate risk business needs
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to contextualize climate analytics for business decision-makers
- Experience working with financial services companies in a customer success role
