Arcadia is hiring a Principal Analyst, Customer Insights to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting meaningful insights from customer data to directly inform product development and critical business decisions.
What You'll Do
- Analyze complex customer data sets to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities.
- Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for product and business stakeholders.
- Lead analytical projects focused on improving the customer experience.
- Communicate insights effectively through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer insights, data analysis, or similar analytical role.
- Strong ability to derive strategic recommendations from quantitative and qualitative data.
- Expert proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located within the United States.
