Prudential is looking for a Pricing Senior Manager to play a leading role in product management and support the company’s growth through innovative product development. What You'll Do
- Conduct Product Pricing with management of financial and operational risks.
- Drive actuarial items and provide actuarial guidance & insights in Product Implementation Committee for timely and effective product implementation.
- Lead the team in setting profitable and sustainable pricing while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
- Maintain and implement sound pricing approach, models and basis.
- Review the current pricing approach to ensure the approach adopted is consistent with requirements set by management & BNM.
- Liase and manage with stakeholders to ensure effective product implementation and support.
- Ensure the team has provided actuarial support in terms of product materials, system requirement, UAT and etc.
- Ensure effective Retakaful rates as well as supports on pricing and product design, as well as underwriting and claims management.
- Enhance current process to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support tailored repricing for group schemes within turnaround time.
- Independently propose pricing for group scheme within their authority limit.
- Manage stakeholders where necessary including working with group.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years working experience in pricing or valuation.
- Degree in Actuarial Sciences.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Takaful model and products and local regulatory framework.
- Good leadership skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
