Silgan Containers Mfg Corp is hiring a Press Operator to operate and maintain press equipment on a night shift schedule. You'll be responsible for inspecting finished products, packing, and assisting with equipment maintenance, reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor.
What You'll Do
- Inspect finished ends continuously and record the results of this inspection.
- Sleeve and properly pack the finished ends on the proper skid.
- Attach the proper end identification to the finished end packages.
- Change loads in Dexter feeder to minimize downtime.
- Assist the adjusters in the maintenance of department equipment.
- Train press operators under the direction of the shift supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalency.

You will report to the Shift Supervisor.
