Responsibilities
- Work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with full-time positions potentially available
- Implement prepared lesson plans and follow the curriculum
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements
- Conduct required assessments and observations
- Communicate with parents and address their needs
- Keep the classroom clean and organized
- Ensure a fun and engaging environment
Nice to Have
- Child Development Associate credential, Associate's degree, or higher (preferred but not required)
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience working with children aged 0 to 13 years (preferred but not required)
