Responsibilities
- Deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to prospect requirements
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client challenges

- Respond to customer inquiries about system capabilities and integration options
- Develop proof-of-concept implementations for evaluation purposes
- Participate in RFP responses with technical documentation and clarifications
- Gather feedback from prospects and share insights with product development
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and enhancements
- Assist in defining solution architecture for complex deployments
- Coordinate with customer success teams during handoff of new accounts
- Identify technical blockers in the sales cycle and propose resolutions
- Support pricing and scoping discussions with accurate technical assessments
- Present integration approaches for customer-specific environments
- Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends
- Ensure compliance with security and data handling standards during evaluations
