What You'll Do
Work closely with sales teams to understand customer goals and technical requirements across France and Belgium. You’ll interpret business needs into practical, scalable solutions within the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with both customer expectations and project feasibility.
Design and deliver targeted product demonstrations that highlight relevant functionality and clear business value. Prepare technical documentation such as solution outlines, system architectures, and scope summaries to strengthen sales proposals.
Respond to detailed technical inquiries with clarity and precision, guiding decision-making through honest, informed advice. Collaborate with sales on crafting value propositions, shaping deal strategies, and navigating complex opportunities from initial contact through to contract finalization.
Coordinate with product, development, and professional services teams to assess non-standard requests and define achievable implementations. Ensure smooth transitions to delivery teams by providing comprehensive documentation and participating in handover discussions.
Maintain ongoing engagement with customer stakeholders to refine solution designs based on evolving needs, and contribute to higher win rates by delivering technically sound, customer-aligned proposals.
