OCBC Bank is looking for a Premier Private Client - Client Advisor (Offshore) to drive growth within our Group Consumer Financial Services division. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing affluent offshore customers with AUM of S$1.5 million and above, achieving clear profit and growth targets across markets in either South Asia or North Asia.
What You'll Do
- Actively acquire and prospect new customers for the Premier Banking - Private Client (Offshore) segment.
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships aligned with key business goals.
- Contribute to the bottom-line through the achievement of profit and growth targets.
- Manage relationships with new and existing affluent customers through professional, consultative financial analysis.
- Up-sell, cross-sell, and provide regular market information updates and trend analysis.
- Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall client experience.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years or more of wealth management sales experience in the banking and financial services industry.
- A proven track record in sales performance.
- A recognised university degree.
- Accreditation in CACS Paper 1 & Paper 2 and HI.
- Sound knowledge of banking products and services, including investment products such as unit trusts, bancassurance, and treasury products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in tele-consulting.
- Initiative, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A focused and disciplined drive to achieve sales quotas and revenue targets.

- Experience preferably in managing the affluent segment.
