Precoa is hiring an FPC Support Representative to be a central part of the engine that powers our Funeral Planning Center (FPC). You will ensure every lead, message, and appointment is handled with care and precision, managing high-volume communications and collaborating across teams to hit key performance goals.
What You'll Do
- Monitor the Planner Support inbox and voicemail system, responding to requests and routing messages with accuracy and urgency.
- Handle all voicemails within 15 minutes.
- Enter approved appointments and process denied/canceled appointments same-day or next-day.
- Maintain family records so our sales specialists can focus on what they do best.
- Work closely with Scheduling, Confirmation, and Agent Support teams to resolve quality issues and ensure appointment accuracy.
- Average 0.5 appointments/hour to help the team reach monthly goals.
What We're Looking For

- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven customer service experience or time spent in a high-volume support role.
- Ability to hit or exceed individual KPIs: 0.5 Appointments/Hour, 100% attendance, team monthly goal, handling all voice messages within 15 minutes.
