Precoa Careers is seeking a leader to manage a team of Advance Funeral Planners in the Pittsburgh market. You will drive growth and sales while building a strong partnership with a local funeral home, overseeing team performance and coaching for outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and develop 5+ Advance Funeral Planners by motivating performance, coaching to outcomes, and holding clear accountability.
- Work closely with enterprise leadership and local funeral home managers, including your primary home base at John F. Slater Funeral Home.
- Actively sell alongside your team when needed, model best practices, and reinforce an outcomes-first approach.
- Bring a corporate mindset to a fast-moving environment, think strategically, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4+ years in a sales leadership or management role.
- An entrepreneurial, independent mindset, comfortable in ambiguity.
- Current life insurance license, or ability to attain one.
- Comfortability with and interest in travelling for work.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional experience.
