Precoa is hiring a Regional Manager for our Florida territory to own and elevate a high-impact region. You will support rapid expansion across diverse communities while building trusted relationships with partners and coaching sales planners to higher performance.
What You'll Do
- Own and elevate your region by building trusted relationships with enterprise partners, funeral home owners and staff, strengthening partnerships, and moving production forward with clear accountability.
- Coach Advance Funeral Planners to higher performance by riding along on appointments, refining sales strategy, and helping them grow their confidence, skills, and results.
- Turn insight into action by analyzing reporting, identifying gaps, formalizing strategic plans with owners and planners, then executing with discipline and follow-through.
- Adapt and lead across diverse communities by code-switching naturally, connecting with varied personalities, and navigating different market dynamics with confidence.
- Fuel long-term growth by activating local lead generation, supporting recruiting efforts, and building a region that is sustainable, scalable, and built with craftsmanship.
What We're Looking For
- Entrepreneurial, independent, and comfortable in ambiguity.
- Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into action.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
- Current life insurance license, or ability to attain one.
- 2-4+ years in a sales leadership or management role.

- Competitive base plus commission salary based on experience (approx. $100K-$120K/annually).
