SECFORCE is hiring a Pre-Sales (Technical) professional to act as the vital link between our sales, technical teams, and prospective clients. In this client-facing role, you will leverage your cybersecurity expertise to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions from our service portfolio, thriving at the intersection of business and security.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and position appropriate cybersecurity services
- Deliver technical presentations and demos that communicate the value and scope of our services
- Support the preparation of proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and RFP/RFI responses
- Scope and define technical requirements and resource estimates for service delivery
- Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into business-relevant language for stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats, tools, and industry trends
- Act as a bridge between client teams and internal delivery teams to ensure project feasibility and accuracy
- Attend industry events, client meetings, and partner engagements as a technical representative
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in pre-sales, consulting, or technical sales support within cybersecurity or IT services
- Understanding of the cyber threat landscape and threat actor TTPs
- Understanding of Cyber Services markets, such as Penetration Testing, Red Team/Purple Team, and Adversary Simulation
- Willingness to travel to regular face-to-face end user meetings
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
- Experience using CRM and sales analytics platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice to Have
- 5+ years in pre-sales, consulting, or technical sales support within cybersecurity or IT services
- Experience in the enterprise space
