About the Role

As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in advancing the sales pipeline for an innovative SaaS platform dedicated to sustainable agriculture. Operating fully remotely, you'll identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound channels, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely handoffs to distribution partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate and qualify leads, maintaining momentum through proactive outreach and engagement.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with internal teams or external partners.
  • Track and report weekly on lead activity, demo follow-ups, and conversion progress.
  • Ensure all prospect data is accurately recorded and updated in CRM systems like Salesforce and Pipedrive.
  • Collaborate with AI-powered sales development tools to enhance outreach efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly performance summaries on lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Refine and maintain data within account-based marketing (ABM) lists.
  • Research and identify key stakeholders within target organizations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in pre-sales or sales support, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and familiarity with lead management tools.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and explain them clearly.
  • Self-motivated with a consistent approach to follow-up and relationship development.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Preferred Background

  • Portuguese language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in agriculture, agronomy, or geospatial technologies is a plus.
