As a Pre-sales Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how clients envision and adopt transformative technology solutions. You'll work closely with prospective and existing enterprises to understand their strategic objectives, then translate those into clear, scalable technical roadmaps grounded in AI, cloud infrastructure, data systems, and digital product development.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions to identify client pain points and align them with innovative, practical solutions.
- Design and present solution architectures using diagrams and blueprints that simplify complexity and highlight business value.
- Lead technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept development to demonstrate feasibility and build confidence.
- Collaborate on proposals, RFx responses, and Statements of Work, ensuring technical accuracy and strategic clarity.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity from pre-sales to implementation.
- Mentor pre-sales engineers and contribute to a culture of technical depth and shared knowledge.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and work with internal innovation teams to bring cutting-edge capabilities to client engagements.
- Ensure all proposed solutions meet rigorous standards for security, compliance, and data protection.
