RateHawk is looking for a Pre-Sales Manager (NORAM) to join our global mission of innovating in the travel industry. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for our new partners, setting the stage for successful, long-term relationships.
What You'll Do
- Process all new partner registrations within the first 24 hours.
- Perform preliminary fraud checks on new registrations assigned through the CRM system.
- Make multiple call attempts to reach new partners, following up with onboarding emails if contact is unsuccessful.
- Conduct initial onboarding calls to understand business segmentation and verify partner legitimacy.
- Request, verify, and process all required partner documentation accurately within 24 hours.
- Propose and schedule onboarding meetings between the partner and the Sales Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer operations or account management within B2B companies in tech or travel/hospitality.
- Fluent in your local language and English.
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, metrics, and working with numbers.
- Proactive, ambitious, action-oriented, and results-focused team player with an appetite for innovative technology.
- Ability to work effectively across a wide range of cultural contexts.
