Sapiens is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer, Reinsurance to become a key contributor within our North America Sales team. You will leverage your deep technical and business expertise to drive the successful closure of key opportunities by understanding customer requirements, demonstrating our solutions, and architecting compelling proposals.
What You'll Do
- Provide pre-sales expertise to support all aspects of Sapiens Reinsurance solution sales across North America and global channels.
- Deliver business-oriented presentations to all customer levels, including board-level executives, lead benefits assessments, and develop customized ROI/ROR analyses.
- Architect solutions to address specific customer business requirements.
- Prepare, configure, and deliver targeted product demonstrations.
- Author and manage responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Contribute to and write customer-specific proposals and Management Summaries, and support Statement of Work generation.
- Provide timely and accurate communications to management and team members.
- Assist marketing with support for events, PR, seminars, and campaigns.
- Configure and manage integrations with partner solutions.
- Create prototypes and prototype requirements as part of solution architecture for prospects.
- Work with Product Strategy on market analysis to enhance demo environments based on market evolution.
- Collaborate with Product Strategy and Product teams on new product features.
What We're Looking For
- At least 7+ years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or Sales Engineer consultant role.
- Proven ability to work independently to prepare for and deliver demos.
- Ability to design comprehensive customer solutions, including multiple options and potential prototypes.
- Excellent command of the Reinsurance (RI) insurance business.
- Experience with RI insurance information systems at a super-user level.
- Ability to engage confidentially with senior levels of customer organizations.
- Experience presenting to executive management.
- Ability to design and deliver customer workshops, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Skill in matching customer functional requirements with application system options effectively.
- Comfort operating within a cross-functional, remote team environment that empowers its people.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on RI insurance business experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role with an Insurance Software Vendor.

This role is part of the North America Sales team within Sapiens' Reinsurance division.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located in the US.
