Ricoh Latinoamérica Servicios Digitales y Soluciones de Impresión para Empresas is looking for a Pre-professional Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of HR processes and documentation efforts.
What You'll Do
- Support employee onboarding processes.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel documentation and files.
- Track medical exams, induction courses, and personnel file reviews.
- Promote internal communication and organizational culture.
- Collaborate with different HR areas such as climate, development, and occupational health and safety.
What We're Looking For
- Students in the final cycle of careers in administration, industrial engineering, people management, or related fields.
- Basic handling of Excel and digital tools.
- Demonstrated proactivity and eagerness to learn.
