Responsibilities
- Translate customer technical requirements into product specifications by highlighting unique product and service advantages, including preparing and delivering sales proposals, benchmark testing, live demonstrations, trade shows, and client seminars.
- Develop and conduct user environment assessments, product interviews, and usage analysis to create consulting strategies that support contract acquisition and order growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand current demand by leveraging technical sales initiatives to uncover actionable business intelligence and sales prospects.
- Manage pre-implementation validation and customization, coordinate product delivery and setup, deliver customer training, oversee system stabilization and quality assurance, and resolve technical issues and customer claims.
