GardaWorld is hiring for Pre-Board Screening Officers at Toronto Pearson International Airport. This is an invitation-only, in-person interview process. Candidates must successfully pass a French language evaluation and mandatory in-person testing to qualify for an interview.
What You'll Do
- Protect the safety of thousands of travelers every day.
- Conduct passenger and carry-on baggage screening in compliance with national aviation security standards.
- Safeguard restricted areas by maintaining strict access control.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts, alarms, and potential threats.
- Accurately document and report incidents, violations, and safety concerns.
- Support coordinated emergency response operations when required.
What We're Looking For
- Legally eligible to obtain required aviation security clearance (RAIC), which requires Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of background checks with a clean criminal record.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Ability to work on-site at the Mississauga airport location.
