ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is hiring a remote Pre-Authorization Data Coordinator to support a US-based dental care client. In this role, you will focus on transforming facility data into structured, usable resources for marketing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while working EST hours from South Africa.
What You'll Do
- Review full building data from Krystal DMS and organize it into structured information on eligibility and patient enrolment.
- Prepare a comprehensive building attachment for each nursing home facility to share with the assigned representative.
- Generate a marketing spreadsheet by processing building data through the AHCA portal to confirm eligibility.
- Create an enrolled list by extracting currently enrolled patients/individuals from the database.
- Compile all required materials into a complete email package for each facility and distribute to the representative and supervisor.
- Update the database by opening enrolments for all eligible individuals and ensuring the representative has access to relevant details.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple nursing home facilities simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across large datasets.
- Comfortable working with electronic systems and able to learn new computer programs quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple facilities and priorities at once.
- Ability to follow structured processes and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Dependable, task-focused, and able to work independently while supporting the team.
- A fixed fibre line with minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and ability to support a wired Ethernet connection.
- A reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages.
- Ability to work EST hours Mon-Fri from 9am to 6pm EST.
- Ability to work on both South African and US public holidays.
