Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC is hiring a Practice Leader (Emerging) – AI Impact Analysis to build and scale our practice from the ground up. This role is designed for a high-performing strategy or AI leader ready to assume full practice ownership, with a clear trajectory to Managing Director / Partner within 12–18 months.
What You'll Do
- Refine and systematize our AI Impact Analysis framework.
- Develop repeatable tools for AI opportunity assessment, competitive leverage and threat analysis, maturity diagnostics, value creation modeling, and roadmap design.
- Create scalable templates, benchmarks, and engagement playbooks.
- Build internal knowledge assets across various industries.
- Lead AI Impact Analysis engagements end-to-end, partnering with senior leadership initially.
- Translate AI use cases into measurable business value.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and private equity investment teams.
- Develop phased, execution-ready AI roadmaps.
- Ensure all recommendations are practical, financially grounded, and implementable.
- Lead and coordinate our technical AI professionals supporting engagements.
- Coordinate data scientists, engineers, and analysts into a cohesive delivery model.
- Establish quality standards and project governance for the practice.
- Build team capability as the practice scales.
- Support proposal development and client presentations.
- Assist in converting inbound demand into structured engagements.
- Help position our firm as a credible AI value creation partner to private equity firms.
- Gradually assume greater responsibility for revenue generation.
