Minor Hotels is looking for an Ascent Management Trainee to join our structured 18-month management development programme. This programme supports aspiring hospitality professionals with the potential and motivation to grow into future leadership roles, offering broad exposure, increasing responsibility, and a clear path to a career with us.
What You'll Do
- Complete an 18-month structured development journey with increasing responsibility.
- Gain broad exposure across hotel operations, administrative, and commercial functions through a rotational structure.
- Undergo Operational Department Immersion (Months 1–6) with comprehensive hands-on execution of key hotel functions.
- Undertake Close Insight (Months 6–12) for a deeper dive into two selected departments to build capability and technical ability.
- Pursue Specialisation (Months 12–18) with focused development in one department, preparing for leadership and permanent placement consideration.
- Be fully integrated into teams, contributing to day-to-day operations.
- Lead business projects that support real outcomes.

Nice to Have
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or similar is highly preferred.
