Toptal is seeking a Practice Director, Data to lead and grow the data practice within our Technology Services organization. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic direction and operational excellence for data-related services.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategic vision and growth of Toptal's data practice within Technology Services.
- Define and implement operational frameworks for delivering high-quality data solutions.
- Build and mentor a world-class team of data talent and experts.
- Establish best practices, standards, and methodologies for data projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align data initiatives with business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a data or technology consultancy.
- Deep understanding of data strategy, architecture, analytics, and engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and manage high-performing teams.
- Strong track record of developing and executing business strategy in a data context.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Canada.
