Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Portuguese Speaking Remote Support Specialist to deliver exceptional remote technical support. You will be the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them resolve technical problems and maximize the value of our products.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional remote support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products and services efficiently.
- Assist customers in maximizing product value by explaining features and capabilities.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer support process.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide effective support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Portuguese, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
- Passion for technology and commitment to assisting users in overcoming their challenges.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in technical support or customer service roles is advantageous.
