Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Representative to provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, working remotely from Greece. You will be the voice of our client, ensuring their inquiries are resolved with professionalism and care.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Become familiar with our client systems to deliver outstanding service.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure a smooth resolution of customer issues in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential for effective client communication.
