Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Care Agent to join our team in Greece. You will provide outstanding support to Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled with professionalism and efficiency. Your role is central to enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and resolve service issues.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Advise customers on best practices for using our services effectively.
- Gather and relay client feedback to improve service quality.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
