Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Spanish Speaking Customer Success Specialist to serve as the primary support contact for our Spanish-speaking clients in Greece. You will help clients maximize the value from our software solutions through tailored support and strong relationship building.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary support contact for Spanish-speaking clients, building trust and rapport.
- Onboard new customers, providing in-depth training and assistance with software.
- Proactively identify client needs and challenges, collaborating to provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, tracking progress and satisfaction levels.
- Partner with clients to create customized success plans that align software with their business objectives.
- Collect and analyze feedback to inform product enhancements and improve client experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address any technical issues and ensure client success.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to clearly explain software features and functionalities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on client relationships and outcomes.
- Willingness to work in Greece and embrace a diverse work environment, with relocation assistance provided.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software.
