Pavago is looking for a Content Writer / Copywriter to craft compelling, high-quality content that informs, engages, and converts. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of on-brand materials, from blog posts and landing pages to ad copy and sales collateral, aligning all work with marketing and sales objectives.
What You'll Do
- Write long-form and short-form content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and web pages.
- Produce copy for ads, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and tone.
- Research keywords and incorporate SEO best practices into writing.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize for search intent and ranking.
- Update existing content to maintain freshness and relevance.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry topics, competitors, and trends.
- Interview subject matter experts for thought leadership content.
- Translate complex topics into clear, engaging copy.
- Proofread for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Ensure deliverables are accurate, plagiarism-free, and error-free.
- Maintain content calendars and deliver work on time.
- Work with designers, marketers, and sales teams to align copy with visuals and campaigns.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback into revisions while maintaining brand integrity.
- Monitor content performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Provide recommendations to improve engagement, conversions, and SEO rankings.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years professional writing or copywriting experience.
- Portfolio of content across multiple formats (blogs, web copy, ads, collateral).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong research and editing skills.
Nice to Have
- Background writing for B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, or professional services.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Clearscope.
- Experience writing conversion-focused copy (ads, landing pages, email sequences).
- Knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress or HubSpot.
