Next Job Abroad is looking for a Danish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to help connect talented candidates with life-changing job opportunities abroad. This role starts with a paid onboarding and training period for the first three months, transitioning to an uncapped commission structure. Success requires dedicating 30-40 hours per week to proactively manage your own pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Source and headhunt Danish-speaking candidates for international job opportunities.
- Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles.
- Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles.
- Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Danish at a native or near-native level.
- Proficient in English.
- Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environment.
- Skilled in sourcing and headhunting, especially via LinkedIn and social media.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
- Passionate about helping people take the leap to work abroad.

- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in an agency or international setting.
