Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Polish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist users of an online marketplace platform. In this role, you will provide direct support to customers through multiple channels to maintain a high-quality user experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking users via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to the online marketplace platform.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong enthusiasm for customer service and the online marketplace sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
