Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Polish-speaking Customer Service professional to provide outstanding support for a retail brand. You will be the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking clients, working remotely from Greece to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product, order, and return inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude towards team work.
