Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to clients navigating healthcare services. You will deliver high-quality service remotely from Greece, addressing inquiries related to healthcare products and services.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, insurance inquiries, and general healthcare questions.
- Provide accurate information about healthcare options and resources.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
- Document all client interactions and maintain thorough records for compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with care and maintain client confidentiality.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
