Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to support clients within the real estate industry. In this remote role based in Greece, you will be the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking clients, providing exceptional service and expert guidance through their property journeys.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients by assisting with inquiries related to property listings, sales, and rentals.
- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties while addressing their concerns promptly.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and company offerings to provide tailored advice.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to enhance the overall client experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining organized records for compliance and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
