Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support to clients in the pharmaceuticals industry. This role is crucial for ensuring Polish-speaking customers receive accurate information and professional assistance regarding pharmaceutical products and services.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and health information.
- Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Document all customer interactions accurately for compliance and service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues.
- Educate customers about product usage, side effects, and other important pharmaceutical information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn about pharmaceutical products and adhere to industry regulations.
