Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative specialized in the Healthcare industry. This remote role is designed for individuals passionate about healthcare and dedicated to providing outstanding support to Polish-speaking clients from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to healthcare services, benefits, and policies.
- Provide guidance and support regarding claims processing and healthcare options.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to offer accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s healthcare offerings to provide precise assistance.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement purposes.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
