Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to support our client's e-commerce platform. You will be the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and positive shopping journey. This position offers the opportunity to work from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and online services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide comprehensive information to customers about product details, pricing, and shipping options.
- Assist customers with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and address service-related challenges.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and the product range offered on the platform.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Polish.
