What You'll Do
Act as the primary liaison between Investing in Women and its partners in Vietnam, ensuring clear communication and consistent alignment with project objectives. Facilitate regular updates and resolve any emerging issues to maintain smooth collaboration.
Work closely with the Workstream 2 Lead and MERL team to track partner performance, using structured tools to monitor progress and generate timely reports. Help maintain accountability by ensuring milestones are met and documented accurately.
Coordinate and deliver technical expertise on topics such as gender equality, aged care systems, and the care economy. Support partners in integrating these perspectives into their activities and outputs.
Proactively identify potential risks to partnerships, recommend practical solutions, and ensure all activities are properly recorded and reported in line with project standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership or project coordination, preferably in gender-focused or social development initiatives
- Strong understanding of gender equality, aged care, or the care economy in Vietnam or similar contexts
- Ability to manage relationships, synthesize technical inputs, and support monitoring and reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
Work Environment
This role is based locally in Vietnam and requires in-country presence. Work is conducted on a short-term basis as part of a defined workstream, with responsibilities centered on partnership coordination and project support.
